How long have you been in business?
8 years as a home inspector, 7 years as a General Electric appliance technician, Almost 20 years in the multi-family housing industry and during that time I've overseen the construction and maintainance of The Residences at City Place, The Strand, and The Residences of the Reserve at Riverbridge all located in the West Palm Beach area.
What is your primary product or service?
Home Inspections, Mold Inspections, Mold Testing, Wind Mitigation Inspections, 4 point Inspections and other home inspection related services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started as a maintenance man in the hotel industry back in the eighties.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Experience in "ALL" aspects of the home inspection process. A working knowledge of not only if a component of a home isn't working, but why, and the willingness to take the time to pass that knowledge on to our customers. A preemptive approach to our customers safety and well being. Our client and their families safety is our top priority.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and one inspector which would be me. Quality of service is more important than quantity. I would have to find another inspector with as much experience as I have before considering hiring him/her.
